Spalding launches new Pink NBL Game Ball to support the Perth Wildcats

The Perth Wildcats will be hosting their annual Pink Game this Thursday at RAC Arena in the opening clash of Round 8 against the Adelaide 36ers. For the sixth consecutive season, the Wildcats have joined forces with local charity Breast Cancer Care WA to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for breast cancer victims, survivors and their families.

As part of the commemorative event, Spalding is thrilled to launch a unique, official NBL game ball that will feature on court. Designed exclusively for this game to assist raising awareness for breast cancer and supporting the Wildcat’s charity alignment with Breast Cancer Care WA. The TF1000 game ball features customised pink branding, logos and channels. The ball is available for purchase from spalding.com.au and the Wildcats online shop where they will donate all net proceeds from all products sold direct to BCCWA.

To build further awareness for this important cause, players and coaches will wear one-off pink uniforms and polo shirts for the game. The game-worn jerseys, warm-up topics and additional signed memorabilia such as the ball will be auctioned off, with all funds donated back to the charity.

The game will be a true event with face painting, best dressed prizes, collection tins, free-throw and three-point donations by local businesses.

Since the first annual pink game in 2017, the Wildcats have helped to raise over $189,000 towards this important cause.

Spalding is pleased to be supporting the NBL and the Perth Wildcats with this initiative.
