With Covid-19 still impacting shipping, you’ll need to place your order by the advised dates below to have the best chance of receiving your order before 25th December. The following dates are for International Standard Pack & Track delivery:

STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are sent from our DC in Melbourne via Australia Posts International Pack and Track Service and then through New Zealand Post once it arrives in NZ. The rate is calculated by the destination and weight
Parcels will usually arrive within 3-10 Business days depending on destination.
(Covid-19 - We are currently experiencing shipping delays and deliveries are currently estimated to be between 5-14 business days)


PERSONALISED NAME BALLS
All personalised Name balls are sent via DHL/New Zealand Post directly from our International factory to you and can take approximately 5-6 weeks from artwork approval.
