RECOMMENDED ORDER BY DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

Australia Post have recommended the below cut-off dates to give orders the best chance of arriving before Christmas. Orders placed after these dates may not arrive until after Christmas.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are sent from our DC in Melbourne via Australia Posts International Pack and Track Service and then through New Zealand Post once it arrives in NZ. The rate is calculated by the destination and weight.

Due to current delays with our delivery partners and increased order volumes please allow 15-20 business days for delivery of your order depending on destination. We apologise for any inconvenience.

PERSONALISED NAME BALLS

Personalised basketballs are custom made to order. All personalised Name balls are sent via DHL/New Zealand Post directly from our International factory and can take approximately 8-10 weeks from artwork approval to delivery.

Please note: If your order includes a personalised basketball or a pre-order product as well as other items, your order may be delayed and shipped once all items are available to dispense and not sent in split shipments.
