Delivery Information

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders are sent from our partnered facility Mainfreight in Auckland. Standard items are dispatched within 48 hours of order placement (excl weekends) and generally delivered 48-72 hours after dispatch from recent delivery data.

Bulkier items such as basketball systems may take longer to arrive. For further clarification please contact Splading Customer service.

PERSONALISED NAME BALLS

Personalised basketballs are custom made to order. All personalised Name balls are sent via DHL/New Zealand Post directly from our International factory and can take approximately 8-10 weeks from artwork approval to delivery.

Please note: If your order includes a personalised basketball or a pre-order product as well as other items, your order may be delayed and shipped once all items are available to dispense and not sent in split shipments.
