Important! Due to Spalding relocating to a new premises, no customer orders will be dispatched between May 27th - June 12th. Place orders before May 26th to avoid delays. Any orders received after this date will not be dispatched until June 13th.

Exchanging an item
Unfortunately, Spalding cannot exchange your product due to a change of mind so please choose carefully. Check out our Basketball Size Guide or Ball Finder Pages to help choose the correct product 

I have a faulty item
As Spalding strives for excellence, we're really sorry if you have received a Spalding product that hasn't lived up to your expectations or if you have received an incorrect item.
However in an instance where you receive an incorrect/faulty product, please contact us via our helpdesk. We may ask you to provide a photo to highlight any fault.
