COVID-19 UPDATE - 29/9/21
Important: Australia Post has announced a temporary pause for all pickups and collections in Greater Melbourne Metro for five days, from 12.01am Friday 1 October. This unfortunately means that any orders placed from September 30 will not be able to be dispatched until October 6 at the very earliest. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account at spalding.net.nz and checking the My Account section
Alternatively, you can track your shipment via the NZ Post website. You should see tracking events appear within 24 hours after you have received tracking confirmation from Spalding. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if don’t see any tracking up to 48 hours after your initial order has been placed. Once your order has entered the system you will then be able to track the progress of your order.
If you have ordered a personalised basketball then you will be able to track your order via NZ Post website. Tracking will become live within 24-48 hours after you receive your order dispatch confirmation email from Spalding. Sometimes it can take a little longer for events to populate, so don’t worry if don’t see any tracking up to a week after your initial order has been placed.
For personalised basketball orders please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery depending on the postage service you have chosen.
