Standard Delivery

Orders are sent from our DC in Melbourne via Australia Posts International Pack and Track Service and then through New Zealand Post once it arrives in NZ. The rate is calculated by the destination and weight.

Parcels will usually arrive within 3-10 Business days depending on destination.
(Covid-19 - We are currently experiencing shipping delays and deliveries are currently estimated to be between 5-14 business days)

What about Personalised orders?

All personalised Name balls are sent via DHL/New Zealand Post directly from our International factory to you and can take approximately 5-6 weeks from artwork approval.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us on +61 1300 654 766 or email us at [email protected] stating your name, order number and any further details.

We will provide you with an exchange or refund form and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.
